Monitoring manager work¶
Managers work from multiple accounts (no business or premium subscription needed, regular personal accounts).
No need to raise all their sessions on your computer and/or phone, you can create groups and see all manager correspondence there in real time.
If necessary, you can even join the conversation at any time from the connected account.
Easy employee replacement in case of illness - just add to group, no need to even raise account session.
Convenient to separate manager access to each other's correspondence at group level, managers can help each other in comments.
Sometimes working through a group is even more convenient as it allows using quick replies and extension commands, if you need to enter data into the client database or get additional information about the client.
You can add a manager or team to the group to discuss dialogs in context, train new employees, collectively discuss the response before sending.
The system can record all messages, including those that were deleted, can also record message editing facts, apply AI filter.
Messages from the app (not through group) will be marked as intercepted.
